We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the modern touches,and the house was super clean with a super comfy bed! Storage was quite limited but they maximized the absolute best they could with the small space. Chris was the best host we’ve ever experienced. He was super responsive with all of our questions and he’s just a wonderful person! The beach is beautiful! It is a 10 min walk, but my husband and I walk a lot so that was no issue for us! We could walk miles on the beach and see no one! As per the listing, make sure you read it thoroughly to know what you’re renting and you will not be disappointed! This was our first trip to the Bahamas and it won’t be our last!

I can't say enough about this property or the hosts! Such a hidden gem. Chris was incredible with fast communication and genuine care for the property, guest experience, and overall a wonderful source of local knowledge. I actually wish I had listened to him more. lol I wish I could rent this exact property at every destination I travel to. It was so clean, wonderful attention to detail, and the bed was SO comfortable. The linens were buttery soft, after a long day of beach hunting the foot massager was such a great perk, as a solo traveler I felt totally safe the whole time, and the location was a perfect for exploring the whole island. I was a little nervous at first with it being so close to the airport, but I never saw or heard a plane. Another huge perk was being able to rent a car directly from Chris. He went the extra mile to make sure I felt safe and I really appreciate that. I would rent from Chris & Ashley again and highly recommend this location!

10 stars!!I have been to the island many times, and I must say this is the most high end, affordable and comfortable place to stay. (4 days) The amenities are unmatched! Chris (host) checked in via whats app prior to my arrival and during my stay to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. He is the most pleasant host, and the decor and amenities, are amazing. I must mention the bed the comfiest bed ever, I almost wished I could have slept most of the day.There is a gorgeous view of the ocean from both decks, the breeze on the 2nd floor apartment was amazing and most of all I was concerned about being so close to the airport and hearing planes not the case at all. This home has anything one needs to cook, make cocktails, relax and shower in a luxurious rain shower. The attention to detail from the appliances, the cookware and the utensils and entire decor was carefully thought through. There is a foot massage which is amazing after walking the beach for hours. Chris's place is centrally located and easy to go North or South to explore while you are visiting the islands.I always look forward to spending time on this heavenly island, but being an off island I must say I have not been exposed to this level of luxury, I was in pure heaven!Thank you Chris for an amazingly peaceful and serene stay at your new place I'll definitely be back!!

Great value and modern decor property for a couple. It has all the essentials for a wonderful stay. It is located right on the middle of the island across the GHB airport. The driving to points of interest is between 10-45 mins max . Nearby, is Airport Beach (8 mins walk) and the property is also 3 mins drive to one of the best beaches of Eleuthera .. Receiver’s Beach. The host Chris is outstanding and very responsive. He also can take care of your car rental needs as well as doing other activities such as fishing , diving, swimming with the pigs , etc . Overall, we highly recommed this property.. We will return !
