Welcome to Pine Oaks. Relaxation and peace are the hallmarks of our property. Situated in Linton/Greene County, modern amenities combine with surrounding nature to provide a gem for the overnight stay or the weekend getaway. Pine Oaks is located on a scenic pond with a cozy 2+ bedroom cabin and a multifunctional one bedroom pole barn, adapted to include all the comforts of a modern residence. You'll find layouts in both cabin and pole barn that include cozy living rooms, full kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, and outdoor spaces to enjoy wildlife viewing. Outdoor areas include a swing and rocking chairs on the front porch of the cabin, patio sofa and chairs along with a picnic table on the back porch of cabin, pole barn includes multiple seating options along with string lighting overhead, fire pit and barbecue areas. The steps to the pond will lead to additional seating to enjoy a cool morning or evening breeze.

Main Cabin:
When you first walk into the main cabin you will notice the living area with the comfortable leather seating, decorative fireplace, dining area with view of pond, and TV with retro game system and blue ray DVD player. There is a small ante-room off the living that offers extra space with welcome desk, Twin rollaway bed and half bath. Located under the stairs is a Harry Potter " cupboard under the stairs" space supplied with board games, toys, wizard wands, sorting hat..a secret place to play.
The kitchen is fully appointed with electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, Keurig coffee station and microwave. The kitchen has a toaster, crockpot, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware which gives you plenty of space to fix your meals should you stay in.
The master bedroom located upstairs offers plenty of privacy and features a queen size bed, bedside tables, and a spacious closet with ample storage, and washer/dryer units.
The full bathroom located upstairs offers shower complete with sink/vanity, makeup mirror, and supplied with shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The cabin is stocked with bed linens, towels, soaps, and a good supply of paper products and detergent pods.
The second bedroom located upstairs in the loft area offers a queen size bed and bedside tables. All mattresses in our rental were purchased in 2025.

Guest Pole Barn:
The quest pole barn is located across the driveway from the main cabin and provides the third bedroom of this rental. At the end of the day, the guest pole barn provides a wealth of opportunities for entertainment and relaxation after sightseeing, hunting, fishing, riding etc...
The living/recreation area in the pole barn offers an open concept with multiple entertainment opportunities with leather seating, large TV with retro game system, air hockey table, pool table, dartboard, and board games are among some of those indoor activities.
The full kitchenette offers a full size fridge, electric stovetop/oven, large commercial sink, microwave, and coffee maker. We have supplied this area with cookware and cutlery as well. We have added a 6 ft folding table with six metal chairs for addition seating if needed.
The bedroom includes a sturdy wood beds with Twin and Full mattresses also purchased in 2025, dresser, and nightstand.
The Bathroom includes a rustic sink/vanity, large shower, and storage with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. Making this space a nice added bonus to our property.

Outdoor Areas:
Amenities like ladder ball, corn hole, and fire pit with roasting stick complete the outdoor spaces for backyard games for the whole group to enjoy. There is also grilling opportunities with a gas grill and charcoal briquette grill available for your use. Enjoy the surrounding nature while cooking out on the grill or roasting marshmallows over the fire pit with seating overlooking the pond.
