Welcome to The Blue, your home-away-from-home nestled just across from Blue Mountain. This spacious second-floor condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-concept layout designed for comfort and connection, ideal for families and friends.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and share meals around the large dining table. After a day on the slopes or exploring the village, unwind in the inviting family room with a cozy gas fireplace, or step out onto the private patio to take in stunning views of the ski hills and golf course.



Down the hall, the primary suite offers a king bed and a private ensuite with a stand-up shower, your own peaceful retreat. The second bedroom includes both a queen and a double bed, with a nearby full bathroom featuring a relaxing tub.

Please note: Guests have access to the full condo except for a locked owner's closet.

Getting Around:

The Blue is perfectly located for exploring Blue Mountain. Walk to the Village in 5–7 minutes or drive in 2. Collingwood and Thornbury are just 10–15 minutes away, with free parking for two cars and easy access to shops, dining, and activities.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: Complimentary parking is available for two vehicles per unit. Parking is open and unassigned, so spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you arrive, you can easily walk or take the free shuttle to a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions in Blue Mountain Village.



Amenities: The seasonal outdoor pool and year-round hot tub are public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.



Pool Towels: Please note that pool towels are not provided. Be sure to bring your own for the pool or hot tub.
