I wish you had reached out to me about the dog right away! The guests in a different apartment messaged me about the pup at 6:50am & I was at the house at 7:05am & I was able to contact the owner & explained that he could not be left unattended due to his barking disturbance. They picked up the dog at 7:30am. Had you messaged me at 5:30am and let me know about the instance, I am certain I would have been at the house at 5:45am and the situation would have been resolved much sooner! Unfortunately, I have no control over other guests & whether or not they choose to be respectful. This is why I left you my contact information so many times! I want guests to contact me if something is wrong so I can fix it! Had you listened to my advice and given me the opportunity to make things right, I truly believe you would have had a much better experience. By punishing a host with a bad-star review, you are putting a family’s livelihood at risk & could ruin their small business. Please know there are other ways to handle unfortunate situations, we could have done something to help and most hosts genuinely want the opportunity to help and make things right. ❤️
