The property had ants and cobwebs. Beds are good and kitchen was well stocked. The pots n pans were in poor shape and all the baking sheets were rusty. A good deep clean is needed.

Very nice remodeled older home.

The inside of this home has been very nicely remodeled. The layout of the house is super nice with a back entrance that takes right into a mud room. Nice open living room, dining room, family room. 1 bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms. Be aware that the two bedrooms each have full size beds. Overall a great house in a location that is very convenient as a home base for visiting Sioux Falls.

Highly Recommend

This property was perfect for our family of four in town for a sporting event. We unfortunately did not play at the Denny, but were a quick 12 minute drive from the Avera Human Performance Center! If you play at the Denny you could easily walk! All updated and very clean! Great responses from the host! We had a great experience!

Great property. We loved the rustic feel. It is much larger on the inside then appears in picture. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, great kitchen, coffee provided, family diner table, and comfortable living room. We stayed for a business trip and worked great. Perfect location if going to event at Denny Sanford Center.

Convenient location and cozy accommodations

Fantastic location for traveling around the greater Sioux Falls area, easy go get to all areas of town quickly and efficiently. Within walking distance to Denny Sanford if you’re in the area for an event, like the Fighting Wiener Dog game, GO HERD GO! The remodel work is tastefully and well done, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, it’s always nice to have more than one pot and pan to choose from! Our one complaint was the bed was SO soft and the pillows were pretty flat. Yes, personal preference but things to consider when making reservations.
