Inside, you’ll find an open living area and a full kitchen for effortless, home-cooked meals. Fast Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and both bedrooms are furnished for restful nights.



We’ve stocked the apartment with surfboards, cruiser bikes, and fishing poles—free to grab and go, so you can spend your days catching waves, cycling the shoreline, or casting a line.



Unwind on your private back porch with morning coffee or an evening drink after a sun-soaked day. When adventure calls, downtown Cocoa Beach’s restaurants, boutiques, and beach bars are just minutes away. The world-famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is a 10-minute drive, while Port Canaveral’s cruise terminals, waterfront dining, and entertainment are about 15 minutes.

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Walking distance to downtown area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay, and it's limited to pups under 20 pounds.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
