Perfect for romantic retreats or family getaways, this modern and clean finished condo highlights breathtaking views of both the mountains and town. With lots of natural light, the space is bright and airy, providing you with the perfect environment to relax and unwind.

Step out onto the balcony and take in the stunning scenery while enjoying the outdoor seating provided (a table with 2 chairs and a loveseat). Inside, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully functional kitchen (see below for more details), fast internet to stay connected, a smart TV, as well as a shared washer/dryer unit in the complex. If you`re looking for some outdoor fun, our community swimming pool is the perfect spot to cool off in the hot tropical sun and hang out on the relaxing sun chairs.

-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
