Monte Perla #3, our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the perfect home base for your stay in beautiful Tamarindo. We offer sleeping space for up to 6 guests (a king bed in each bedroom plus a sleeper sofa and full bed in the loft. Please note there is a ladder leading up to the loft and the space is small) plus bedding and new linens.

Overlooking Tamarindo Bay, we are conveniently located within walking distance of all the amenities you’ll need for a wonderful vacation. Our unit is fully furnished, with a covered parking spot located just steps from the front door. A professional cleaning service ensures the home will be perfectly set up and ready for your arrival. You’ll love the warm sunshine, turquoise waters, and surrounding palm trees- a true tropical paradise. We are located in a gated community with overnight security, close enough to all the action while located far enough away to enjoy a peaceful nights` sleep.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
