Welcome to Sunrise Tamarindo, where comfort and convenience blend seamlessly in the heart of Costa Rica. This bright two-bedroom, two-bathroom ocean and pool view condo is situated on the third floor of the upscale Sunrise gated community, with its prime location across the street from the famous sandy beach and an easy stroll to all of Tamarindo’s restaurants, shops, and activities. This wonderful Sunrise Tamarindo condo has offers the best of Tamarindo right at your front door.

Note - Work will be done on the elevator from November 11 to December 15, 2025, so if you book a stay for these dates, the elevator will not be functioning.

Step onto your private covered balcony with dining table and new comfy chairs and let the sound of crashing waves serenade you as you enjoy the beautiful views and warm tropical breezes. With 1200 square feet of comfortably furnished space, this newly repainted condo provides a wonderful retreat for up to 6 adults or 5 adults and 2 children (king bed, queen bed, twin bed and double sleeper sofa).

The primary bedroom features a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an upgraded private bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed, a twin bed, a Smart TV, and access to an upgraded bathroom that can be locked off for privacy if desired. There is a new double sleeper sofa in the living room that would sleep one adult or two kids.

Prepare your meals in the spacious gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on the large televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. With central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, your comfort is ensured throughout your stay.

Indulge in the resort-style pool with a cascading waterfall, providing a serene oasis for relaxation. The condo also comes with a range of bonus amenities, including beach towels, and more, so you can make the most of your beach adventures.

Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you`d like to rent it.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
