The Space:
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is fully stocked with the essentials—perfect for Anna Maria Island beach days and longer stays.
The bright, open living room has two comfy couches and a mounted 56” Smart TV with standard cable.
The illuminating kitchen features marble countertops, stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, oven), an island with extra seating, and everything you need to prep, cook, and enjoy meals. Dine in the dining room (seats 6), at the breakfast bar, or outside on the patio.
Coffee lover’s station with drip coffee, Keurig, and French press.
The attached screened-in patio is cozy year-round with chairs and side tables under the covered area. Step into the spacious backyard and use the fish-cleaning table to prep your fresh catch after a day on the Gulf.
Washer and dryer are available in the garage (no vehicle parking in garage).

Getting Around:
Stay near Anna Maria Island and the beach with easy access by car (~10 minutes). Park once and use the free Anna Maria Island Trolley to explore Coquina Beach, Manatee Public Beach, Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, and Bean Point. Uber/Lyft are widely available. For beach traffic, arrive before 10am or after 3pm. SRQ Airport is the closest; Tampa (TPA) and St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) offer more flight options. Bike and golf-cart rentals are popular on AMI—check local rules for designated streets and parking.
