Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports.

Palmar Sur is closest (~30 minutes) and has one flight per day in/out of San Jose, while Quepos is approximately 45 minutes from Ojochal and has multiple flights per day on either Sansa Airlines or private charters.

We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.


Villa Cassandra is located in Ojochal and is known as one of the best foodie towns in all of Costa Rica (the most well known restaurants are Exotica and Citrus). For those that prefer to have the cooking done for you in your home, let Osa Property Management line up a private chef for you.

Ojochal also offers easy access to Playa Ventanas and Playa Tortuga, great and beautiful beaches. Playa Tortuga is the nearest beach. Reserva Playa Tortuga is located en route to the south entrance of the beach, and is a volunteer organization that protects, tracks and studies turtles, caymans and birds in the area. Be sure to drop by Reserva Playa Tortuga when visiting Playa Tortuga (beach)Be sure to visit Playa Ventanas, famous for its sea caves.

For those who enjoy golfing, the southern pacific’s only golf course, Osa Golf Course, is an easy 8 minute drive south from the Ojochal entrance.



Guests will be provided a PIN for access to the property.

The home and the pool are for the exclusive use of guests at Villa Cassandra. There are no shared spaces.

Villa Cassandra comfortable sleeps up to eight (8) guests with a Queen-sized bed in the Owner's Suite (en suite bathroom) and two other bedrooms
Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed
Bedroom #3 Bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, plus an extra single bed - perfect for groups with kids or with non-couples traveling together.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. In addition, there are ceiling fans throughout the common area ensuring constant fresh mountain air is circulated throughout the home.

The kitchen, living room and outdoor living space all flow easily due to the open floorplan.
The kitchen is well-equipped to ensure that Guests have everything they need to prepare their own meals (or have the concierge line up a chef for you).

The back patio has views of the mountains that surround Ojochal, a private swimming pool and a covered patio, providing year-round enjoyment. In the afternoon.

The living room has a 65-inch SmartTV connected to the internet so guests can enjoy their favorite streaming platform.
Owner's Suite has a 65-inch SmartTV, Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 has a SmartTV too (Guests will need to have their own credentials for Netflix, YouTube, AmazonPrime).

For those working or "attending" class, in the main bedroom there is a dedicated desk space with FAST internet - over 200 MBPS - some of the fastest available internet in Ojochal.

On-site laundry is available to use (no charge).

There is space for one vehicles in the covered garage.

The home is easily accessible by any kind of vehicle. Ojochal does not have UBER and private taxis are not always available. The roads to the home are paved.
