Friendly disclosure: This unit is the entire lower floor of a home. Although separated from upper floor and we try our best to dampen sound with expensive thick wool rugs, sounds like footsteps may travel the house as in all regular family homes. Guests with low tolerance of sounds in a house or expecting complete quietness please think carefully before making reservations.
