You will have full access to the entire 13-acre property, including access to the natural river and its white sand beach and the large private pond! Once guests enter the property, you will need to pass through a gate and drive along a gravel road to get up to the house.

A few details of note:

✔ Hot Tub/Pond/River - All water activities (swimming, kayaking, pedal boating, fishing, etc.) are done at your discretion. There are no life guards on duty. Swim at your own risk. Adult supervision required at all times.

✔ Please note that we are located in the mountains so be aware of critters such as snakes, spiders, and wildlife

✔Large parking space that can accommodate up to 6 - 8 cars



For your convenience and flexibility, we provide self check-in for guests. There is a keypad gate entry and a smart lock with the house front door.

*2 Kayaks are provided for use - weight limit is 250lbs per Kayak - life jackets are required at all times for Kayak use.

*1 pedal boat is provided for use - weight limit is 530lbs - life jackets are required at all times for pedal boat use.

*Pond is recommended for Fishing, Kayaking, and Pedal Boating - stocked with largemouth bass, bluegills, and sunfish!!

*River is recommended for Swimming & Fishing (Please note: depending on rain/drought levels, the water levels for the seasonal river may fluctuate during the late summer to fall/winter months)

*Hot Tub/Pond/River - All water activities (swimming, kayaking, pedal boating, fishing, etc.) are done at your discretion. There are no life guards on duty. Swim at your own risk. Adult supervision required at all times.
