Entrance: The main entrance is from the driveway where you will see the Smoky Heights Retreat sign. Use the code provided to you to open the smart lock. It has a ramp that leads into the main house perfect to roll your luggage into the house or for people that aren't able to climb stairs.

Gym: To the left of the entrance you will see the gym complete with an exercise bike, workout bench, free weights, and more. There is also a Smart TV to keep you motivated while you work out.

Home Office: In the same area you will also find the home office perfect for those important conference calls or Zoom meetings.

Movie Theater Room: This is a custom built home theater that includes: 120" Projector Screen, Dolby Atmos Surround Sound, 4K Projector, dimmable theater lighting, 13 theater seats, and Roku TV to stream all your favorite movies with just a few clicks!

Kitchen: 2 fully equipped kitchen (one upstairs and one downstairs) with new modern appliances including an Instapot, blender, waffle maker, toaster, microwave and 2 air fryers. Quartz countertops, coffee bar with Nespresso, drip coffee, french press, tea kettle and a bean grinder.

Dining Area: Dining table that seats 10. High chairs and booster seats are also included if needed.

Living Room: Modern rustic decor with a fireplace that has a queen sleeper sofa. This is a cozy space to enjoy morning coffee, gather with family, and watch your favorite show on the 65" Smart TV with Roku included.

Gameroom: MASSIVE space with full kitchen and island bar. 70 inch and 40 inch Smart TVs, pool table, ping pong table, additional dining table, shuffleboard, NBA jam, Deer Hunter, Mortal Kombat, and Golden Tee Golf. Living area with futon that converts into a double bed.

**OUTSIDE**

Massive, free parking for at least 10 cars.

Hot Tub with mountain views and string lights hanging above. This is a magical experience in the evening and as the sun is setting.

Back deck/screened in patio. This includes a wicker patio set to sit and relax.

Sauna: This is located on the back deck/screened in patio area. This is an infrared sauna that seats up to 4 people at a time and has a glass door to enjoy the mountain views while in the sauna! It also has Bluetooth capabilities so you can connect your devices

Firepit: 8 seater firepit perfect for those evenings lounging with family and friends looking out towards the mountains and gaze over the beautiful sunsets on the property. String lights in this area as well as a charcoal grill complete this area for a perfect outdoor entertaining area!
