Please note that being close to downtown Vegas means you may occasionally see homeless individuals in the area. However, we’ve never had any safety issues, and for guests looking for a budget‑friendly option for a short trip or quick stay, this home is a perfect choice. You’ll be near the action and attractions while still enjoying an affordable and comfortable stay

House can sleep up to 6 guests but we can allow max 15 including visitors.
No extra guests or visitors allowed. No Party allowed!

We do not have control over who might park on the parking spot designated for the complex for the unit you have booked. There are street parking available, but please read street sign we aren’t responsible for any city citations.

*cameras are placed in outdoor common areas (front door) for security.

No smoking inside

Since this is Las Vegas and the heat can be tough on air conditioners, our thermostat is set and locked at 72°F to prevent system burnout. The temperature cannot be adjusted.

For extra cooling, please use the fans provided and keep doors and windows closed. If you prefer it warmer, we recommend wearing a light jacket or sweater indoors.

Check in is 5PM
Check out is 10AM

Early check in and late check out can be arranged for an extra charge and depends on availability
Guests not included on the reservation is not allowed, need to add them upon booking (extra charge apply)

We provide initial supplies only; restock as needed at local stores. Included items:

Dish soap (no laundry detergent)
Hand soap
Bath towels (2 per bed) (no washcloths)
Shower gel (no shampoo)
1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
1 paper towel roll in the kitchen
1 trash bag in the kitchen (no extras)
No cleaning supplies
