This Nantucket rental home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the family-friendly neighborhood of Naushop, where guests have use of the community pools, pickleball, tennis courts, and playground. The house now has central AC and an outdoor table and chairs for eight. Nearby is a bike path to Surfside Beach (16 min), Sconset (32 min), and more.

Naushop is a lovely neighborhood situated between the Mid-Island rotary and the airport, complete with white picket fences, brick sidewalks, and meticulously landscaped yards. The neighborhood consists of a beautiful sweeping drive that circles back around to the main road, with a few quiet side streets branching off.

Amenities

There is a community pool, lounge, and tennis courts for use by any of the residents in the neighborhood. Aside from these neighborhood amenities, Naushop is a great place for families to rent or own due to the quiet streets, spacious houses, and close proximity of Mid-Island resources, such as grocery stores, restaurants, and schools. And of course like all other island neighborhoods, Naushop is not far from the beach, nature trails, and bike paths.
