Vista Vela phase 3 is a brand new development with condos still being built, so there might be construction noise. Take advantage of our discounted rate and enjoy beautiful views, great amenities, and a great location.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the condo and are welcome to use all amenities from the clubhouse, which includes a complete workout room and access to the community pool, and clubhouse facilities.

Private Chef Services Available: We can arrange a private chef for your group. Rates start at $140 for breakfast or lunch, $170 for dinner, or $370 for all three meals a day for up to 6 guests; 15% gratuity applies. Groceries are not included. Please inquire about cost for larger groups or holiday season rates.





Vista Vela phase III is a growing community — some construction noise may be audible at times. Most guests tell us it fades into the background of a great stay.

· Maximum occupancy: 8 guests — strictly enforced, $250 USD fine if exceeded
