These amenities exist because we WANT you to have fun. Tournament-style gaming, late-night hot tub soaks, group celebrations—that's what they're here for.

NEIGHBORHOOD RESPECT (Important for Everyone)

We're located in an established, quiet residential neighborhood. To keep things positive for your group AND our community:

- Keep outdoor music/noise moderate after 10 PM
- Indoor gaming is anytime (soundproofed game rooms)
- Hot tub soaks can be late-night without issue
- We trust you to be respectful while having an amazing time
- Disruptive or reckless behavior (excessive external noise, damage, safety violations) is grounds for cancellation without refund

- Cover & clip both front/back clips when done (we maintain it weekly)

TRASH & RECYCLING (Pre-Sorted for Ease):

Trash pickup is Mondays. To help with sorting:

- Left = Regular Trash
- Middle & Right = Recycling
