Diese Oase der Natur überblickt die Lunch Loops Trails, hat Aussicht auf die Grand Mesa und das National Monument und wird sogar von Rehen frequentiert. Wir haben 4 Schlafzimmer und 5 Queensize-Betten mit 2.600 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche, die auf Sie und Ihre Begleiter warten. Von der 550 m² großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Lunch Loop-Trails können Sie sitzen und sich entspannen, während Sie den Blick auf das Grand Mesa und das Nationaldenkmal genießen. Great communication from the owners. Met us at the home to show us the ins & outs. This was probably the cleanest, best equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in. If you're looking for an amazing home to host an event in, look no further. We hosted Thanksgiving for 18 people and had plenty of table space for everyone. As guests arrived, many enjoyed the beautiful views on the deck overlooking Lunch Loops and other landscapes. Others enjoyed playing pool in the back room. The kitchen has everything you'd need to prepare an amazing meal. Modern oven/range was better than I have in my own home. There are crock pots, KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, several coffee pots (depending on how you like your coffee brewed). Lots of pots, pans, platters, silverware, serving utensils, etc.The home is conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown. You can't ask for a better location.I lost my wallet and couldn't locate it before we left. Todd called and Sophorn had found it while cleaning. He met up with my son to make sure I got it back. This was absolutely, hands-down, the best experience I've ever had renting a VRBO. I wish I could give 100 stars, because they earned it. Next time I'm planning a trip to Grand Junction, Todd and Sophorn will be my first call. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

He met us at the house and gave us a quick tour of the place, in addition to, providing recommendations on places to eat and sights to see and visit during our short stay. Wonderful Stay for Parents 80th Birthdays

Eight of us stayed here to celebrate our parents 80th birthdays. What a wonderful celebration in this beautiful home! The views from the outside deck were amazing! Gorgeous mountains & wildlife surround the property. We saw deer, horses, and an owl. Todd, the property owner couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. He even came with tools to help us replace a tail light that burnt out on our car! Our experience here went above & beyond all of our expectations. And who doesn't love having a bathroom attached to every bedroom?! Don't miss this place!

Lovely property, a very gracious host. The house has so many rooms and so many bathrooms which makes it really nice for the functionality of a multi family stay. Awesome place

Absolutely wonderful home with plenty of space and amenities. Our group of outdoor enthusiasts found this location perfect for easy access to multiple national parks and monuments. The area is fantastic for off-road adventures and mountain biking. The house was immaculate, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The owner,Todd and his wife, went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing essentials like shampoo, kitchen supplies, and much more. Each room and bathroom were well-appointed, spacious, and recently updated. Todd met us upon arrival to walk us through the use of various appliances and to answer any questions. From the gourmet kitchen, deck with a barbecue, to the large screen TV and pool table, there was plenty to keep us entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We give it our highest recommendation.

My name is Todd and before moving to the area I traveled quite extensively for roughly 1 1/2 decades mainly in S.E. Asia (Which is where I met my wife Sophorn) to such places as Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia. Other destinations include locations in Mexico, Central America and Peru. After my stint of travel I decided to settle down and grow some roots with Sophorn and now Miko, our son. Grand Junction with all of it's outdoor activities, wonderful sights and laid back lifestyle fit the bill perfectly. Yeah Western Slope!! It is also situated so there is easy access to other wonderful destinations such as Moab Utah, Powderhorn Ski Resort and the beautiful San Juan Mountain to the South. With all the endless outdoor things to do and beautiful sights, with no traffic to speak of, I have not regretted my decision on location at all.

The views, location to great hiking and biking and yet so close to downtown. The pool table! One of the great features of this house is that each bedroom has the privacy of having it's own bathroom. Love hanging out on the 500 Sq Ft deck over looking the Lunch Loops!!
