1BR/1BA condo in the heart of Keystone’s River Run Village—just steps from the gondola, dining, and shops. Located in Buffalo Lodge and features a cozy living area with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with mountain views, and sleeping for up to 4 guests. Enjoy access to 3 hot tubs, heated pool, sauna, fitness center, and underground parking. Perfect for ski trips or summer getaways, this stylish retreat offers comfort, convenience, and true alpine charm in the center of it all.
NO SMOKING - Strictly no smoking…anything. This includes on decks, at pool/hot tubs, or within 10ft of the building. Evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your deposit.

NO PETS - Guests are not allowed to have pets in the condo or the building.

QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors, some of whom live in the community full-time and have young children.

OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests that may stay overnight is 4. No more than 6 guests allowed in the condo at one time.

SKI, SNOW, GOLF EQUIPMENT - Please use storage lockers located on the first floor. The condo keycard is needed to access this room. Brass keys for the locker are hanging in the condo near the door. Please return this key prior to departure.

POOL - The pool and sauna are located in the neighboring building The Dakota. You can use the keycard for the building to access this pool area.

PARKING - There is one parking pass available in the unit. This pass is for the garage that is located under the building. You must place the parking pass in the car parked in the garage. Parking is unassigned in the garage. Any car without a parking pass will be fined and/or towed.
