Located conveniently to lots of restaurants and shops, the Firehouse Suite is a great location for anyone! After a day of exploring or a long day at the beach, wind down on our screened-in back patio. Take a dip in the hot tub for the ultimate relaxation.

***MAIN HOUSE***
Upon entering, you will be greeted with vaulted ceilings and a wipe open living concept. You first come into the living room, followed by the kitchen, bathroom, and then the primary bedroom!

***BEDROOM***
The main bedroom has a plush king bed with a smart TV and direct access to the back patio with the hot tub. Out in the screened in porch, you will find access to the washer and dryer along with the entrance to the hot tub area.

You have the entire one bedroom apartment to yourself with a key code door lock. And a private hot tub on back patio. There is also a shared fenced in yard for your pets!

We are not located on site but are available to assist if anything arises. If you have any maintenance requests, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

Centrally located in Morehead City, you are just minutes from some great restaurants and shopping. You are also conveniently located to the Atlantic Beach Bridge, making beach days a breeze. Just minutes from the downtown waterfront, you are located close to all the action Morehead City has to offer!

You can park right in front, and you will enter through the white door with a key pad.

HOT TUB
*There is not a lifeguard on duty so please use the hot tub at your own risk. Any person(s) using the hot tub must be 18 years or older. Any person(s) under 18 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian*
- Hot Tub maintenance is conducted weekly, every Thursday. A local pool and spa company will come out, without notice, to balance the chemicals and maintain the hot tub. They will enter through an exterior gate to access the hot tub.
- To use the hot tub, take the cover off the hot tub and set it off to the side.
- Use the control panel to turn on the jets, control the lights, and temperature.

PETS
- Pets are welcome at this property with a pet fee. Pet fees are $100/pet.
- Registered Service and Emotional Support Animals are always welcome.
- There is a SHARED fenced in area available for your pets! The fence is shared with the Crystal Cove guests upstairs.
- If you are standing in the driveway and facing the property, the fence is located directly to your left. There is a large oak tree and picnic table in there.

TRASH & MAINTENANCE
- Trash and Recycling cans are located in the driveway and are shared between your unit and the other two units connected to the building.
- If you have any maintenance requests during your stay, please let us know!

AC
- There are two separate AC units in the main living area and the primary bedroom.
- There are separate remotes for each unit that allow you to control the AC of each room independently.
⚠️ Hot Tub Disclaimer

This property features a private outdoor hot tub that the guests are welcome to use during their stay. The hot tub is inspected, and chemically balanced, every single Thursday by a professional spa company. However, this does not guarantee that the spa water will be chemically balanced prior to your arrival. Guests are encouraged to chemically check the water prior to entry with the provided pH strips.

Our team inspects and services the hot tub after each guest stay to ensure clean and proper operation. However, because factors such as weather, frequency of use, and guest product residue (lotions, oils, soaps, etc.) can affect the water quality, guests are strongly encouraged to use the provided pH test strips to check chemical levels before entering the hot tub.

If the water appears cloudy, has an unusual odor, or shows imbalanced results on the test strip, guests should avoid using the hot tub and contact the host immediately for assistance.

By choosing to use the hot tub, you acknowledge that it carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, drowning, overheating, dehydration, chemical sensitivities, and health complications related to heat exposure.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of all members of your group, including children and any invited guests. The owner/manager does not assume responsibility for injuries, illnesses, accidents, allergic reactions, or other incidents that may occur in or around the hot tub.

Individuals with medical conditions—including pregnancy, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, or those under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications—should not use the hot tub unless advised by a physician.

By entering or using the hot tub, you voluntarily release and hold harmless the property owner/manager from all liability, including personal injury, illness, damage, or loss related to hot tub use—whether caused by negligence, misuse, acts of nature, or any other factor.
