5 SZ Disney Villa | Pool, Spa & Spielzimmer

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that this was your impression, as cleanliness is our absolute top priority at Sunshine Villa. We work closely with a professional cleaning team and have strict quality checks in place before every arrival. If any concerns had been brought to our attention during the stay, we would have addressed them immediately, as guest comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us. We were particularly surprised by this comment, as the guest who stayed immediately prior to your arrival shared the following in their review: “The home was spotless… the pool temperature was perfect & we truly enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely stay again!” The overwhelming majority of our reviews consistently highlight the cleanliness and condition of the home, often describing it as spotless, well-maintained, and one of the cleanest villas they’ve stayed in. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue to maintain the high standards that Sunshine Villa is known for and expected to deliver.
