Pet Policy
• One well-behaved dog (maximum 75 lbs) is welcome with a $125 pet fee.
• For the comfort of all guests, we are unable to accommodate cats or certain restricted breeds.
• We kindly ask that pets are crate trained, kept off beds and upholstered furniture, and that all pet waste is promptly cleaned up.
• Failure to follow pet guidelines may result in additional fees.

House Guidelines
• To preserve the quality of the home and ensure a peaceful experience for all:
• Parties and events are not permitted. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
• Exterior security cameras are in place for property protection and to monitor service activity only. There are no interior cameras.
• Parking is available for up to 8 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
• Longer stays are welcomed; please message us directly to confirm availability.
• Pool Heating (Optional): $100 per night, recommended October–May. Requires a minimum of 3 days’ advance notice and must be heated for the duration of the stay.
• Booking Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.

Guest Verification & Rental Agreement
• To ensure a seamless and secure experience, the primary guest is required to complete a brief verification process within 48 hours of booking. Reservations are confirmed once this process is complete.
• Prior to arrival, verified guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement, which includes:
- Acknowledgment of rental terms and house guidelines
- Submission of a valid government-issued ID
- A matching credit card on file
