No Smoking Policy: If you smoke in the property, there will be a RM3,500 deep cleaning charge.

Pet Policy: We allow up to two pets. House trained cats and dogs only. RM160 per stay. Owners must clean up after pets. No pets allowed on furniture or beds. Excessive mess and damages will incur additional charges, starting at RM1,000.

Per local laws, we require a photo ID for every guest in the booking group. We partner with ChargeAutomation for managing your security deposit holds, and for your ID verification. After booking, you will be required to upload a government issued photo ID and submit a credit card for your security deposit.

No Parties/Events: If you have a party/event during your stay with us, that is grounds for immediate eviction, without a refund.

Good Neighbor Policy: Our quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Excessive noise during these hours may be grounds for eviction, without a refund.

Lost Remotes will incur a replacement fee.
