Hey There, We can’t wait to host you during your stay. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house [ we take a lot of pride In it ] and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy.
[ 1 ] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50. Per person a day or a violation of this could lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund.
[ 2 ] No parties, No Loud music, No Boisterous Behavior,.
[ 3 ] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the house Rules section.
[ 4 ] Renters agree not to contact Host until they have read the house manual. Will be sent 2 days before arrival.
[ 5 ] Smoking cigarettes/marijuana is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500. fee
[ 6 ] Unless previously agreed upon host, there is a $50. Late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100. / For each hour thereafter.
[ 7 ] No pets allowed. $400. Fine if rule is broken.
[ 8 ] If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund , per guest.
[ 9 ] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for the immediate refund , this will result in a $500. Penalty additional to any applicable fees.
[ 10 ] Any missing/damaging items guests are responsible to pay the cost. If any windows or doors are left opened after the guests leave there will be a $250. Charge.
[ 11 ] Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to the house rules.
