Welcome to the “Parkview Bay 332” a beautiful, family-friendly waterfront condo in the heart of Osage Beach!
2 bdrm/2 bath with new kitchen and full furnishings- recently renovated! 1500 sq ft!

Across from the state park in a quiet cove off the Grand Glaze bridge.

3rd level location, 1 flight up from parking level

*Primary renter must provide copy of ID & sign renter agreement prior to arrival*
*No smoking of any kind*
*No party/fraternity rentals*
*Minimum renter age 25*
*NO animals/pets of any kind*
*No booking fees will be refunded. Booking fees are about 3% of total cost*

*If you need additional space, we have other condos in the same complex available for rent*

All of the beds are comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen which includes a large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and more. The outdoor deck provides beautiful unobstructed panoramic views and includes outdoor furniture and dining areas, a grill, and a ceiling fan.

There are 3 shared pools on the property!

We have a very unique, unobstructed view of a Missouri State Park. This gives us a very quiet cove that is great even on busy weekends.

You will have access to the whole space. It is a private condo and no other guests will have access. You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the condo. There are 3 shared unit pools that all guests have access to.

We are in the heart of Osage Beach. There are grocery stores, parks, shopping, restaurants within a few minutes of the property. We have great views as we are straight across from the state park and are in a cove with little traffic.

Close to Dog Days, Red Heads, Dominicos, Pappos Pizza, Mama Citas, Andy’s frozen custard, Randy’s frozen custard. Panera, first watch, and many more.

Dierbergs grocery store and Casey’s has station are 2 minutes away. HyVee and Walmart and target are 5 minutes away.

Gas docks, boat ramp and boat rental all very close.

We are in the third floor, so there is 1 flight of stairs from the parking lot up to the unit. Unfortunately there is no elevator
