You can even walk to Dog Days, one of the Lake's most popular family-friendly Restaurant / Pool Bars on the Lake!!!

The outstanding Fountainview amenities include elevator access, swimming pool with waterfall and fountain features, lakeside gazebos and walking paths, and even a basketball court.

Inside, the coffee bar is prepped and ready when you start your day and the kitchen is equipped with all of the basics for home cooking.

This particular condominium includes the optional Luxury Master Suite! Treat yourself to relaxing and enjoying the jetted-tub within the spacious primary suite. The bathroom and shower are provided more privacy behind the closed door.

Guests appreciate that the Second Bedroom also provides a King bed like the primary suite. The Third Bedroom includes a Queen Bed. The shared full bath is convenient to both the second and third bedrooms near the entryway.

There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather in the spacious living area open to the kitchen... Wi-Fi internet service allows you to remain connected if you wish and cable television service is provided as well.

Outside, on the deck, you'll find cushioned table seating for four with a view overlooking the Lake. The Southwestern exposure provides for late afternoon shade and beautiful skies as the sun sets!

BOATERS: Our optional 12x32' Boat Slip is available to add to your reservation! The State Park in Osage Beach is just 3 miles from the condo by land and water where we recommend launching your boat and parking your trailer.

SO MUCH TO DO: Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here.
