The CHL Treehouse is ideally located 5 minutes from Center Hill Marina with lake access in the back of the neighborhood. The cabin is located in a gated neighborhood with a large playground area, sand volleyball, and a large charcoal grille area that has a covered picnic table area 2 minutes from the cabin. There is a private boat dock in the back of the neighborhood where you can fish, kayak, or paddle board. Sleeps 10 people.

On the main living area there is a large living room with seating for plenty of seating for guests. There is a large stone fireplace with gas logs. Beside the living room is a large kitchen with seating for 10 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and a coffee/tea bar.

On the main level there is a primary bedroom that has a king-sized bed and french doors that lead to the front deck area. There is a full bathroom in the bedroom with a shower/tub combination.

On the second level there is a loft area with an arcade game and dart board. There are two large bedrooms that have a queen-sized bed and full sized bed in each bedroom sleeping up to 4 people in each room. On this level there is a hallway bathroom that has a shower/tub unit.

You will have access to the entire cabin, garage and unfinished basement. The garage will fit one vehicle. You can enter the property through the basement and go upstairs or the nature path along the back of the cabin.
