Hawkins House is beautifully decorated for the holiday season from before Thanksgiving until after New Year’s. The last two listing photos show the exterior décor, and guests will also find a decorated Christmas tree inside to add to the festive atmosphere.

🚗 Parking
Free, non-metered street parking is available in the neighborhood. No permit required.

Additional Details
• Occupancy Note: While the home will sleep 6, we recommend 5 or fewer guests for maximum comfort.
• Check-In: Guests may check in any time after 4 PM, and there is no cut-off for late arrivals.
• Pool Heating: The plunge pool can be heated for an additional $40 per day and requires 24 hours advance notice.
• Bag Drop-Off: Guests are welcome to drop off bags any time after noon on check-in day. We’re unable to hold bags after check-out, but Savannah offers several convenient storage locations nearby that will hold bags for a small fee.
• Non-Smoking Property: This is a non-smoking home inside and out, including the courtyard and balcony.
• Security: For guest safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front door and in the backyard facing the pool. The front door camera includes a microphone; the pool-facing camera does not.

Check in is any time after 4pm.

Check out is by 11am unless guests have paid for late check out.

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am seven days a week. The city has a strict noise ordinance and fines for breaking it.

We do not accept reservations with pets at this property.

This is a non-smoking property inside and out, including the courtyard.

Please remove shoes inside the house to help maintain the floors.

Please do not throw objects such as coins into the pool and please make sure that all items such as pool floats are removed from the pool after every use.
