Step into a bright and welcoming 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy living area with a queen pull-out sofa, desk with workspace, and a dining table for six. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare home-cooked meals.

Downstairs, the basement level features the primary bedroom -- complete with a king-sized bed, walk in closet with clothing storage and a dresser. Separated by a room darkening curtain, a full-size futon couch and TV make up individual sleeping quarters.

For entertainment, enjoy books, board games, high-speed Wi-Fi, and multiple Fire TVs throughout the home. Keep the fun going with a miniature pool, air hockey, and foosball table—a hit for guests of all ages. Kid friendly with an included pack n play, booster seat and children's/pet gate.

A single parking pad is located just behind the building. EV charging services available. Street parking is free.
