You will adore endless opportunities for recreation and relaxing at our lakefront home, Lone Pine View.

This newly built home sleeps up to eight with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are spacious, having comfortable queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. The master contains a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and a daybed with two twin beds. All of our beds have fresh sheets, cozy quilts, and each of the bathrooms contain plenty of clean towels and soap.

The space is an open concept with the main living space, kitchen, lower game room, and the master bedroom having breath-taking, expansive views of the lake. With three levels, there is plenty of room to play games, cook, or take in a movie, with equal ability to relax with a book, float in the lake, or roast marshmallows by the firepit.

The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary amenities including a dual coffee/espresso machine, dinner service for 12, microwave, dishwasher, and stove/oven. Hand towels, dish and dishwasher liquid, and basic spices/seasonings are provided.

The lower level is unfinished; however, it offers many amenities that will add extra space for entertainment. Plan to play a few rounds of ping pong or darts, take in a card game or puzzle, or relax on the sofa with a good book. Beach towels and extra rubber flipflops will be available, as well as a washer and dryer.

The outdoor space includes a gas Weber BBQ grill, rocking chairs, comfy patio furniture, sun loungers and an umbrella, a full-sized picnic table, and a firepit and chairs.

The lake is clean and expansive with a sandy bottom. It is great for boating, jet skis, swimming, fishing, and floating. We provide access to a canoe, two kayaks, a paddle board, a two-person paddle boat, blow-up floating tubes, a private boat dock, six adult-sized and two child-sized life jackets.

Renters will have access to two club houses, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis and volleyball courts, fitness and weight rooms, as well as a pool table and air hockey table.

Located two hours north of Boston, Lake Arrowhead is an 1100-acre lake between Portland, Maine and North Conway, NH. Lake Arrowhead is well known as one of Maine's trophy bass fishing lakes. Old Orchard Beach, hiking and biking trails, the coastal beaches, and Kittery Outlet Malls are easily accessible from our home.

We believe that a short, personal conversation can make the difference between a good vacation and a great one. Located on one of the quietest, family-oriented coves on Lake Arrowhead, we respectfully ask that noise be kept to a minimum, and large groups/parties/events are not allowed. You must be at least 28 years of age to rent, no more than eight (8) people are allowed on the premises at any time, and pets, smoking and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited.
