To further support safety and respect for our neighbors, the property also includes:
• Exterior security cameras (3 total):
- One at the front door, facing the walkway
- One above the garage, facing the driveway
- One on the deck, facing the deck and walkway near the pool
These cameras are exterior only and do not monitor any interior spaces. They record video and audio and remain on at all times.

• Minut noise monitoring devices (2 Total):
- One interior, One over the deck
- These devices do not record conversations or audio.
- They simply monitor overall noise levels to help ensure our home
remains respectful of the surrounding neighborhood.

Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay while preserving the privacy of our guests and the tranquility of our community.

• All bedrooms are upstairs (no main-level bedrooms)
• Private pool is seasonal open from May – October. Note: Our pool is not
heated but remains open year-round.
• Garage is not accessible to guests. Driveway parking available (4 cars)

• Ideal for families, longer stays, and small friend trips

HOUSE RULES
We've created this space for our own family to make memories, and we hope yours does the same. Please treat our home with respect, and it will take care of you. House rules are simple: enjoy yourselves, be considerate of the neighborhood, and leave the space as you found it.
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets allowed
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• The guest who books the property must be present the entire stay
• Quiet hours must be observed (10pm – 7am)
• Pool Rules: Guests understand that they are using the pool at their own
risk. For your safety, keep the safety gate to the pool always closed.
Children are not allowed near the pool without adult supervision.
