🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $125 fee per pet. A second pet incurs an additional $125 fee. We require a photo of your pet and current vaccination records before check-in. For long-term stays, only dogs are permitted. Cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.

🛏️ Linens: Extra linens are available upon request before arrival. Linens for sofa beds or air mattresses are provided only if requested in advance based on the number of guests.

📹 Security: For everyone's safety, an exterior security camera with motion detection monitors the outside of the property. Indoor noise-monitoring devices measure sound levels only and do not record conversations or audio.

📺 Living Room: The TV is located in the living room only. Please note that the couch may have been recently replaced due to wear or damage. Feel free to ask if you have any questions before booking.
