The Play Pen- Hot Tub/ Sleeps 15

Welcome to The Play Pen, where your perfect vacation awaits! Nestled in a serene and picturesque location, this cozy cabin is the ideal escape! From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the beautiful exterior, featuring a large, flat paved driveway and a sprawling deck surrounded by nature! Step inside, and you'll immediately feel at home. The open-concept living area is anchored by a charming built-in bar, shuffleboard, and a wood-burning stove. The dining room flow seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. The primary suite, located on the main level, boasts a gas log stove, private deck, large walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. The converted garage has transformed into a spacious bunk/rec room that's perfect for all ages with bunk beds, TV area, foosball, and a mini-split system for year-round comfort. Rounding out the main level is the large laundry room and a half bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find the second bedroom, large loft, and full bathroom, offering plenty of space for everyone to have their own retreat. One of the best parts of this cabin is its outdoor oasis! The large main deck is the perfect spot to gather and host a barbecue - there’s plenty of space for al fresco dining and lounging. The side deck is also a private sanctuary, complete with a hot tub and cozy sitting area, offering a peaceful retreat for morning coffee, quiet afternoons or evening stargazing. A short walk takes you to a paved path to the Arnold Rim Trail or Cedar Center for shopping, food, and live music. There’s something for everyone at The Play Pen!

The Play Pen sleeps up to 15 guests in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the primary suite, located on the main floor with a King bed, gas log stove, full bathroom, walk-in closet and private deck. Bedroom 2 is located upstairs off of the loft with a Queen bed. The loft doubles as the third bedroom with a Queen bed and 3 Twin beds. The bunk/rec room is located on the main floor and sleeps up to a total of 9 guests. There are 2 Queen Beds and 5 Twin beds. In addition to the primary bathroom, there is a half bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom upstairs. The laundry room with washer and dryer is on the main level.
