Stylish and spacious beachfront condo, comfortably sleeps 6 and offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm. With brand-new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and open-living spaces, its designed for relaxation and entertaining. Step outside and walk across the street to enjoy Cape Mayâs pristine white sand beaches. You'll love hearing the waves all day while staying here!

The Neighborhood:
Nestled beachfront right on Beach Avenue, you're perfectly positioned to soak up the best of Cape May! Step outside and you're steps away from the pristine beach. Stroll south and you'll find yourself in the heart of the Washington Street Mall (about a 5-minute drive/25-minute walk), with its charming shops, boutiques, and diverse dining options. For a delicious meal, try The Lobster House (a short drive or pleasant walk) for fresh seafood with a view. Explore the historic district and admire the beautiful Victorian architecture. You'll also find The Pier House Restaurant nearby for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Everything you need for a memorable vacation is right at your doorstep!
Other Things to Note:
Our unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. The Queen Bed is located in the solarium, which is next to the dining area. It has a closet, night stand, window coverings, and a privacy screen. This space is not enclosed like a traditional bedroom.
The Private Entrance to our unit is located in the back of our unit/building via a private/covered porch (with seating). The private entrance leads into our back bedroom. We use this as our primary entrance/exit for our unit. You may use the front door of our unit and building to (only) exit as these doors require a key. We do not provide the key to these doors. Once you exit, you would need to re-enter via our private entrance. Please be mindful that these doors automatically lock once you've exited our unit/building.
We are a pet friendly condo/building. You must disclose the breed of your pet and include your pet in your reservation. We allow pets under 50 lbs, 1 pet per stay. $150 pet fee. We kindly ask that you try to keep pets off our bedding/furniture. We do however, provide a pet-care kit, with blankets and towels to help keep our furniture and bedding clean. Please use these items if your pet will be on the furniture/bedding.
Please bring your own beach towels as we do not provide them.
TV: Smart/WIFI TV allows you to login to your personal streaming services. We do not offer traditional cable TV.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a check-in form will be sent to collect info and a $500 security deposit hold. The hold is taken upon your arrival and released one day after check out.
