Mit drei Schlafzimmern bietet dieses brandneue Haus Platz für 6 Personen, verfügt jedoch über 3 ausziehbare Sofas für zusätzliche Gäste. Es gibt einen offenen Grundriss mit Kathedralendecken. Alle neuen Geräte und Möbel. Auf diesem Strandgrundstück können Sie sich entspannen, Kajak fahren, schwimmen oder einfach sitzen und die Delfine von der Veranda aus beobachten. Minuten zu Cape May Restaurants, Promenade und Geschäften. Sie können Wale beobachten, Fischerboote chartern und alle Wassersportarten ausüben. Zwanzig Minuten nach Wildwood, damit Kinder die aufregenden Fahrten auf der Promenade erleben können! Vor allem, wie bereits erwähnt, befindet sich dieses Haus vor den schönsten Sonnenuntergängen der Welt! Ein unvergesslicher Anblick!

Fabulous Cape May Stay

House is beautiful and spacious. Our family had everything we needed for a great family vacation. Area is peaceful with beach steps away. Many great restaurants a short drive away.

Another Great Stay

This was our 2nd year renting this home and we look forward to many more. The home is in a wonderful location and is kept in great condition. It is a nice, quiet part of North Cape May with wonderful views of the Delaware Bay yet only a short drive to downtown for dining etc. A wonderful home with plenty of space and amenities.

Amazing accommodations, sunsets and memories!

We had an amazing stay. The house was spotless clean, beautiful and had amazing views of the sunset. The home owners made sure that guests would be left wanting for nothing. While in Cape May we spent a good amount of time at the house because it was just that amazing! We highly recommended staying here for your visit. We feel in love and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house and view

Our weekend in North Cape May was great. The house was beautiful and in great condition. The water and beach views were fantastic both outside and inside the house. We saw one of our best sunsets there! Michael was an extremely accommodating host.

Amazing beach house

Great house, great location. Pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s so much better. Beautiful, open floor plan house. Very large bedrooms. Windows facing the ocean from just about everywhere you are. Highly recommend.

USCG graduation ceremony

We needed a bigger home to accommodate our family to come up to Cape May, for our sons graduation from USCG boot camp. Not only was the home large/roomy enough it was in the perfect location and the home was absolutely gorgeous! The home was very clean and everything was very easy to access and use. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return sometime for a longer stay. We highly recommend this home for your vacation!

Perfection

A group of ladies for “Girls Week”. We loved everything about this home. It was clean, and directly across from the beach. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and bikes were available for our use. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had more than enough room. Five stars does not seem like enough! We all decided that we will come back to this specific home again in the future.

Just us and our adult children

This short vacation was a chance for us to get away with our 2 adult children, we call ourselves “the core 4”. A chance to reminisce and reconnect, share memories of their childhood days, etc. Mike was very patient with my questions (me being a newbie to the Cape rental scene). The house was so well stocked with necessities and amenities that it did truly feel more like a friend’s home. I especially loved looking at the Hoppe family photos. We all loved being on the bay with it’s calmer waters and beautiful sunsets. We even got to see a parade of dolphins pass by. Thanks Mike and yes all Irishmen are good-looking. JoAnne O

Beautiful views from every room

We spent a very relaxing, socially distanced vacation week at this lovely home and really enjoyed the bay side of Cape May for the first time. The house has water views from every room (except the 1st floor bedroom, which is off the main living room), and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need, all in good shape. There were several bikes available (adult and kid) as well as beach gear. The beach access is right across the street so very convenient. Great people watching from the deck as the cars, cyclists and walkers go by. You can hear the small bay waves from inside the house but the water is calm enough to bring out a floating device of some sort and relax in it (anchored of course). Note that the staircase is tall, and the upstairs hallway/stairs open with railing, so keep that in mind if you have smaller children or those who like to climb. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. Harpoon's bar/restaurant is just a few houses down so very convenient for quick takeout or cocktails without the drive.

Friends Retreat. Breathtaking views.

My two good friends and I (we are all over 40) felt it was time for some self-care. This home was the perfect location to get away from it all. Our husbands, children, and work for just a few days. We purposely chose to avoid unnecessary phone calls and simply relaxed. Mike (Host) kept in contact with me prior to our arrival and throughout the stay. He told me about the local spots to visit. Everywhere he suggested, we actually drove to and were there in under 10 minutes. We took walks on the beach and simply reflected on the things we appreciated in life and the stressful things we would leave behind. It was a wonderful opportunity to simply re-group and relax amongst friends. The views are simply breathtaking. The house is literally just a few steps from the beach. It was chilly (we visited this November 2021) and it rained one evening. Perfect sleeping weather. We have chosen to make this an annual trip for us. We do hope we can come back to this home as it was truly a beautiful sight.

The PERFECT Getaway

Me and four of my nearest and dearest needed a Girls Getaway. We couldn't have been more thrilled with this property. WHAT A GEM! Fantastic All Around

We rented this home for a family gathering to celebrate several milestone birthdays & anniversaries together. The home was perfect in every respect, well kept, clean, the layout was great and the view from the deck is incredible. Michael, the host, was great about giving us all of the up front information in advance and was super responsive when we had a quick question. All in, we hope to return down the road, a wonderful home and a wonderful experience.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

Family of 7 - kids, parents, grandparents - and it was perfect location! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do multiple activities. Deck overlooking ocean was the perfect place to start the day with coffee and end it with cocktails! Large kitchen made it easy to prepare meals! The drive to downtown area was pretty quick and we drove there frequently for waves, food, and shopping!

GORGEOUS view of the bay!!!

This lovely house has STUNNING views of the Delaware bay (but looks like the ocean, it’s so big!) Our party of friends loved cooking while watching the sunset over the bay through the lovely windows. A lovely, spacious house- would definitely recommend!
