The Space:

Whether your stay is for a few days or an extended period, this charming space offers a truly welcoming ambiance. Embrace the local Hollywood hills lifestyle while being conveniently close to all the city's main attractions.



The main bedroom is a sanctuary, featuring a large unique shower bathtub and direct access to the main House balcony. Two more queen bedrooms await you, one with an attached shower and the other with a pathway to the main terrace. Enjoy the convenience of a laundry closet, ample storage space, and breathtaking city views from each south-facing window.



For added privacy, head down the stairs through the carport to find separate access to the 4th queen bedroom, complete with its own full bathroom. The front lawn is thoughtfully furnished with patio furniture, complementing our main balcony, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing evening or morning.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival, you'll notice the main entrance equipped with a gate. To access it, simply open the top latch, which is connected from the inside. Additionally, the front door is secured with a convenient keypad entry system, ensuring ease and safety during your stay. As for the side kitchen door from the carport, it can be unlocked using a key. Rest assured, these measures provide a secure and hassle-free experience throughout your time at our property.



Other Things to Note:

For your safety, please note that our fireplace is not operational. We kindly ask that you avoid attempting to turn it on or placing any firewood inside. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.



House Details:

The house has not been renovated, aside from the new hardwood floors. It has been freshly painted and furnished with new pieces, but the main features — cabinetry, tile, bathrooms, and windows — remain original and full of charm! Please review our description and photos carefully; the space is exactly as shown.
