This villa is located on the ground level of La Casa Greub in Stella Rincón, PR. This villa has access to a shared rooftop deck (partially covered) that has a beautiful view of the ocean, mountains, and local vegetation. You will be within an easy 2 minute walk to the beach.

This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in three different bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and one of the bedrooms has two bunk-beds with two twin sized mattresses (a total of 4 twin mattresses). Each room has its own air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and lamp. There is also a spacious open living/dinning/kitchen area with a large sectional and TV. There is a complete bathroom with a walk-in shower. You will have private access to your bedrooms, bathroom, and open living/dining/kitchen area. You will also have private access to a pergola just outside the door of your villa for outdoor dining/lounging. There is also plenty of parking on both sides of the property.

Other guests of La Casa Greub have access to the first floor patio and the rooftop deck. Be sure to visit the beautiful rooftop created for socializing, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. The rooftop has two twin sized swings, picnic table, BBQ Grill, refrigerator, sink, bathroom, outdoor furniture, and lounge chairs. There is also an outdoor shower located on the ground level to wash off after visiting the beach.

There is two different beaches located within a 2 minute walk of the property, no need to drive there. Your potential interaction with other guests will be associated with the shared access to the first floor patio and the rooftop deck (The Tree House). Each villa is accommodated with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, soap, and ice trays. We have pots and pans in each Villa but no oil, salt, or pepper.

You will have access to a washer and dryer located on the second floor, which is also shared with other guests. We have a Graco Pack’n Play crib available upon request.
