Guest Access:

You will access the building with a fob, get to the elevator or the stairs to get to your unit.

You will then be able to access the apartment via a smart lock, with a unique code provided before your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is about 15 minutes away from hot spots like Power and Light District, Crossroads, Rivermarket, T-Mobile Center and the KC Convention center, all popular for their dining, nightlife, and must-go Kansas City's favorites.



Other Things to Note:

If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
