The formal dining area flows into a sleek chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops, Bertazzoni appliances, and a wine fridge. The upper level features four well-appointed bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with cathedral ceilings, a spa-style bath, and ample clothing storage.



Step outside to your private resort-style haven with an expansive patio and heated saltwater pool surrounded by lush landscaping and a fully fenced yard. Whether entertaining under the stars or savoring quiet mornings, Summit Vista captures the perfect balance of Hamptons sophistication and modern tranquility—ideally located near pristine beaches, fine dining, and the best of Westhampton living.



The pool is currently closed, and will be guest-ready starting May 11, 2026.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Despite its tranquility, Summit Vista remains conveniently close to main routes for easy access to other Hamptons destinations. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or seaside adventure, this neighborhood delivers the best of both worlds: sophistication and coastal serenity.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.







Home Truths:



The pool will be available beginning May 11, 2026. Please consider this before booking, especially if pool access is important to your stay. The pool is open seasonally. If weather permits, it may remain open through the end of September and potentially into mid-October



Our pool is cleaned and chemically balanced weekly. As an open-air pool, natural debris from wind and breeze are normal between service visits — a skimmer net is available for your convenience. Our team is always happy to assist if needed.



Please note that the property’s mailbox is reserved for owner use, and access to the garage and basement is not included for guests.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
