You can park one vehicle in the garage and one in front of the garage. There is extra parking for 7 vehicles on the left when you first enter the complex. Please park in the spots marked by the Tenant Parking Signs. NO parking of Commercial Vehicles, Trailers, or Vehicles with auxiliary fuel tanks; they are prohibited from the complex and must be parked offsite at all times. Please don't follow how other people may be parking in front of the units as the strata will issue a fine if you are parked anywhere other than what we've listed above. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tracy's place; the location for a ski vacation is hard to beat. Lots of places say they are ski-in ski-out, but Tracy's truly is; it is just steps from the ski run and a quick ski down to the lift, very easy to stop for lunch. The place was very nice, clean and had everything we needed, and the views were fantastic. We will definitely look to stay again on our next ski trip to Kimberley.

Situated on the ski hill is the beautiful Sullivan Stone complex. This beautifully appointed townhouse is ready for adventure all year long. Private parking, outdoor hot tub and fully stocked for your convenience.

The spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are open on the main floor and are the perfect place to cuddle up before the fire to reminisce about the day. Easily has enough room for 2 average-size families with over 1500 square ft of living space.

Sullivan Stone 4 is a beautiful 3-bedroom condominium/townhouse. The unit is cozy, warm and has everything you will need for that perfect family, multi-family or group getaway. Just bring some food, drink and friends.
The kitchen has all of the modern appliances you'll need, a comfortable living space and great beds. It is one of the best places to stay on the hill. With a private hot tub on deck, who could ask for more?!
