Welcome to “Sunset Sands” in The Residences at Lighthouse Cove, #358! Where
luxury meets the bay at this spacious and spectacular two bedroom, and two full
bath bayside retreat, located in the heart of Dewey Beach, and only one block to
the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.
Our guests enjoy a resort lifestyle and have full access to The Residences'
landscaped roof-top Plaza Courtyard, with a large, heated saltwater pool, a
private common space exclusive to guests at The Residences, with expansive
views of Rehoboth Bay. From the Plaza you can watch the magnificent sunsets of
Dewey Beach from the community fire pits and multiple seating/lounging areas,
enjoy the bay view BBQ grilling space, and relax by the gorgeous water feature or
on the direct bayfront sandy beach.
Guests staying in this unit will also receive “owner” access to the Hyatt Place
Hotel’s amenities, which includes an indoor saltwater pool with provided towels
and a well-equipped fitness center, treadmills, and a Peloton bike with paid
subscription for classes.
This luxury condo is beautifully appointed, boasting a fully equipped and well-
stocked kitchen with high-end Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, gas range,
exotic granite countertops, custom tile, LVP flooring throughout, breakfast island,
dinnerware, tableware, juice press, air fryer, crock pot, fondue maker, coffee
station with 12-cup coffee pot, Nespresso espresso machine with a variety of
Nespresso pods, milk-frother, and a complete set of serving pieces and cookware
to enhance your stay.
Very spacious, open and bright living/dining area and a comfortable, luxury
seating for family and guests, a breakfast island with stools, a 50” Smart HD-TV,
including Premium cable package with over 125 channels (no need to bring your
streaming stick) and a super cozy gas fireplace. The living room also features a
full-size pull-out couch for additional sleeping needs. A large private balcony off
the living area greets you with a stunning view of Rehoboth Bay to watch our
amazing sunsets, and a full-service marina next door. Luxurious primary bedroom
with beautiful bay views, king-sized bed, 65” Smart HD-TV, and a private
bathroom w/ double vanity sinks and shower. The second bedroom offers a
queen-sized bed, 60” Smart HD-TV, with access to the Jack & Jill bathroom with
shower/tub combo and a stacked full-size LG washer and dryer.
Located just one short block to the ocean and within the south end of Dewey
Beach, conveniently located near great restaurants, coffee shops, mini grocery
store, beach stores and shopping, kayaks/stand-up paddle boards/ jet skis and
boat rentals at the Rehoboth Bay Marina located steps away, as well as our
“renowned” vibrant entertainment and nightlife! Consider dining at the on-site
and waterfront Lighthouse Restaurant offering coastal American cuisine with
Dewey Beach’s best sunset views. Leave the car parked and jump onboard The
Jolly Trolley, which has a convenient stop at Lighthouse Cove to take you directly
into Rehoboth Beach, where you can enjoy elevated fine dining, high-end and
casual retail shopping, and lots of boardwalk family fun! This location is also a
short drive to the Cape May-Lewes Ferry in Lewes, and other nearby beach towns
like Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD.
The unit comes with 2 assigned side-by-side corner spaces in the gated and secure
parking garage. Please note that vehicle height restriction for the parking garage
is 6 ft.6”. No oversized vehicles are permitted, and all roof racks must be removed
prior to entering the garage.
There is a strict “No Smoking Policy” in the unit and in the building and two small,
well-behaved and house-trained dogs under 25 pounds each are welcome to stay
with a non-refundable pet fee. Guests who wish to bring a pet must complete a
pet registration form with copies of current vaccinations and register for a pet
license with the Town of Dewey. Breed restrictions are enforced. No parties
please!
Linens and bath towels are offered to interested guests through our rental
program for an additional fee. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas on
the public beach. Guests are invited to bring their own beach towels. Keycards
will be provided to all guests to access the unit, parking garage, elevators, and
indoor and outdoor amenities.
