• 2 Bedrooms – Each with a queen bed, smart TV, blackout curtains & plush linens.
• 2 Bathrooms – Both with stand-up showers. The upstairs loft bathroom features a modern A-frame design with a relaxing rain showerhead.
• Living Room – Spacious with a big comfy couch, fireplace, smart TV, plus adult & family-friendly board games and cards.
• Kitchen – Fully stocked with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee corner , and all cookware/dishes you’ll need.
• Dining Area – Large table that seats 6, plus barstools at the kitchen counter.
• Laundry & Comforts – Washer/dryer, iron + ironing board, hair dryer, towels, linens, and fast Wi-Fi.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, front porch, and the outdoor fire pit. The driveway (fits 2 cars) is also exclusively yours to use.

We want you to feel completely at home and enjoy every space the cabin has to offer!

Other Details to Note
• Firewood is not provided for the fire pit, but bundles are sold at nearby stores. Please fully extinguish fires before heading in for the night. Fire pit safety reminders are also posted on the fridge.
• We’re in the mountains, which means you may see a few friendly critters like spiders or bugs outside—it’s part of the mountain charm! Keeping doors closed helps.
• A Welcome Binder is inside the cabin with tons of helpful info: local attractions, dining, emergency contacts, Wi-Fi, house rules & more.
• Parking: Driveway fits 2 cars (no street parking).
• Pets allowed with prior approval.
• Each room has its own remote-controlled heating & AC unit so everyone can be comfy.
• Safety first: Two fire extinguishers are provided—one under the kitchen sink and another in the upstairs bathroom.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM to respect our neighbors and keep the mountain nights peaceful.
