Additional living space downstairs offers a pull out sofa bed together with its own private bathroom.

Further, neither the seawall nor the dock have guard rails, which poses additional inherent risk for all individuals, but is especially unsafe for children. This area of the property presents an easy opportunity to fall over the seawall or off the dock into moving water or onto dry land below from significant height (at low tide). Guest assumes all liability and risk for themselves and that of their guests.
