Super cute place. The Bohemian style decor was adorable, thoughtful but not overwhelming. Our teenage girls enjoyed the coloring books, games and generous snacks on a cold night after a concert, it was perfect. The girls also LOVED the large dressing mirror in the master and took full advantage of the photo ops :). House was tidy, a short uber ride away from the heart of the City. Host was very courteous and responsive.

Only giving it 2 stars because the place has potential- very cute. Place was not clean at all when we got there, had to clean it in order to feel comfortable. Shower was dirty, sink was dirty, toilet was dirty with hair all over it, pet hair on the couches, trash left on the patio, trash left in trash cans, fridge had a ton of leftover food. There was pet feces everywhere in the backyard with even some on the sidewalk, yet the host somehow wanted to charge us for it. Would only recommend this place if you’re wanting to clean as much as you clean at your own house. Again, the place has potential but definitely needs more professionalism/ attention from host.

Obviously, this guest is upset because of requesting that she pay me to clean up all the dog poop that she left in the yard. I don’t allow pets. I don’t own a pet. My landscaper had to rake around mounds and mounds of dog feces. They were there for three days and obviously did not clean up any of the feces in the backyard. Her claim that there was poop on the sidewalk outside my house all that proves is that somebody else didn’t clean up after their dog. There was a few things inside the house that were not taken care of before she got there because my cleaning lady had blocked her keys in her trunk and had an issue. I advised the guest of that and she told me no problem. And then even told me that her stay was fine. I would not host her again. I expect to be reimbursed
