Located next to Sand Hollow Lake and Dunes this 4 bedroom 3 bath residential vacation home is ready to host your Southern Utah adventure. If you enjoy time on the lake, riding the dunes, hiking, playing sports as well as some quiet reflection time - then this might just be the type of experience you're looking for. This custom home is nestled into the Sandstone with a unique observation deck - the pictures start to tell of the adventures you're bound to have here - come - finish the story!

This residential vacation rental is located in the Dixie Springs subdivision. Within 2 blocks is a splash pad and pickleball courts for you to enjoy as well as the Hurricane Valley All-Abilities park.
IMPORTANT: Because this home is located in a residential community, there are noise and use restrictions. Weeknights, no hot tub use after 10pm and 11 on weekends. There is no climbing on the rocks after dark and never outside the property boundaries as the rock is shared with multiple homes. Please stay within the deck area and use the stairs.
The Space
On the main level is the primary suite (room 1) with a King Bed and private bathroom. Next is Guest Room 2 with a queen bed and with access to a 3/4 bath. At the center of the home is the great room with TV and fireplace and conversation space and well appointed kitchen that opens out onto the patio and lush yard.
The backyard is vibrant and green with a 3 person hot tub, a water feature coming off 'the rock' and a hand carved staircase that leads you to the fire pit and observation deck.
Upstairs has guest room 3 with a queen bed that has access to a jack-n-jill bathroom shared with guest room 4. Guest room 4 is a pirate bunk with a queen bed and 3 Twin XL single bunks and neft gun armory. Outside the bedroom area is the theater room with a large projection TV system and wet bar for watching movies or games. Open the glass doors out to the Yoga deck with its views and a spiral staircase to the back yard.
You will also have access to the garage and rv/toy parking space on the side of the house.

Adventure by day: Launch a boat or paddleboard at Sand Hollow Lake, explore the sand dunes nearby, or hit trails in the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve. It’s short and sweet from here.
Evening unwind: Return home to your hot tub, fire-pit stargazing, or relax in the upstairs bonus space while others settle into the main living area.
Day trips: Drive ~40 minutes to Zion National Park for epic views and hikes. St. George is also easy to reach for dining, shopping or a change of pace.
Group-friendly: With thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and baths, and plenty of gathering space, it’s perfect for families, friends, or multigenerational trips.
This is a NO PET and NO SMOKING property.
Please park in the garage, on the driveway or trailer/boat area.
