Great view clean and cozy

A week away

Checkin was smooth and the condo was exactly as advertised. Since it rained the first two mornings, we just relaxed until it cleared. The beach acesability was convenient. . Further removed from busier areas which was nice.

We’d rent here again.

This was a great place to rent for sure. Clean and the pictures are accurate. The property management were very quick to respond to the WiFi issues and the leaky water supply in the master bathroom. Couldn’t say a bad thing about the unit.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

We stayed three glorious weeks ! The condo was roomy, clean, up-to-date, and well equipped with linens and a well stocked kitchen. The balcony included two loungers and a 4 seat high top table. The views were spectacular. The property management were very easy to work with and communicated well. We would love to come back.

One of the best!

This place was nearly perfect! The location was amazing! Not a crowded beach, at all. Also has a very short walk to the beach. The one and only complaint we had was the beds. Both beds were unbearable. Luckily the couch was, also the patio furniture was so comfortable that we slept on those as well. I highly recommend this place!

Every Second was Heaven

Beautifully decorated! The views were stunning. I lived on the patio when we weren't on beach. The first day we were there the Blue Angels flew by- so close I felt like I could reach out and touch them. For two days there were no waves. We saw dolphins and stingrays regularly. Other than two couples- we had the beach to ourselves. We went to great outdoor restaurants at night. We will definitely return!

Great condo!!!!

We came to this condo to celebrate my 40th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was just as pictured...or even better! It was more spacious than the pictures showed which was an added bonus! I can't say enough about the property management company...they were amazing! We communicated through text messages the whole week. The first day we noticed the fridge was not cooling as it should...they sent someone right out. A few days later my son got sick and they sent housekeeping right out to give us fresh bed linens. I would absolutely stay here again!

Really not good. This building has seen better days - there's nothing luxury about it. The door keypad lock needs to be replaced - it's worn way past it's life. No beach towels in the unit is a huge miss....WE'RE AT THE BEACH, BEACH TOWELS ARE EXPECTED. 0 response to messages on Vrbo. The cheap sofa (Ikea quality) looks worn and shabby and is very uncomfortable. I also didn't appreciate the aggressive communications about check in time and check out time and the fees I would be charged if I didn't abide by those times. There were several "novels" via email with all of the rules etc which made us super anxious that we were going to miss some detail. It's incredibly hard to relax on a 2 day trip when you're constantly being bombarded with rental communications. Hard pass on renting from this company, Unit, or condo complex again.

Great quiet stay right on the beach

We stayed for our spring break and brought our young kids to enjoy the beach. Being right on the beach was fantastic and the area was very quiet. House was in great condition and had the items we needed. Overall we had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
