Uriges Häuschen auf St. Simons Island 410 Fuß vom öffentlichen Zugang zum Strand entfernt, leicht zu erreichen durch einen Hof, an den sich ein Cottage-Hof anschließt (da wir auch dieses Eigentum besitzen). Große Veranda, die von riesigen alten Eichen im Vorgarten beschattet wird. Cottage verfügt über Wi-Fi, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Kabel-TV. 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, Master hat französisches Bett, 2. Great location

Great location within walking distance for everything we wanted to see. Great beach access. House is older but very clean and well stocked with dishes etc. Loved our stay.

Lovely cottage, miles of sandy beaches, lots of history and an interesting village!

Loved the cottage...clean, beachy flair, five minutes from the beach and a short drive to the village. St.Simons Island is filled with history and charm. Great stay!

Enjoyed staying here, short 2 minute walk to beach. Lots of good restaurants within 5-10 minute drive!

Great Little House

Great little house with easy access to the beach. We stayed as a family of 3 with a little kid. The house was clean and had everything we needed. You really can't beat the location.

Perfect little place

We really enjoyed our weekend. We had zero issues with the property and loved the location… right at the beach access and a short walk to town. Barely even noticed it was a duplex, the neighbors barely made a sound and the weather turned out perfect! Hope to rent this place again real soon!

Perfect!!!

This property is perfect for a family. We have 4 kids and the short walk to the beach was so convenient. It's very easy to walk back and forth from the beach and the house. The beach was so beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Perfect walk to the beach!

This little house was a great location, quick walk to the beach! Most resturaunts are .5 mile away! We loved how cute this place was. You do share a washer with the other side of the house.

Great Getaway

Beautiful house with a fun layout. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and multiple bedrooms. While everything was great, you should watch out for fire ant hills and use crocs or flip flops when outside. Had a great time at frat beach!

Great location

The cottage was in a prime location for the beach and the village. Walking distance to the shops and dinner. The property manager was super responsive to all my questions. The cottage was clean. The cottage was a bit older than we anticipated and didn’t have a dishwasher, but it worked out fine for our visit.

Fall Break 2024

We had a great stay at this property. We had everything we need to enjoy our vacation. The location is right around the corner from the beach entrance and is super easy to get back to for lunch or a midday nap. Since this is a one story unit you don’t have to worry about lugging all of your things up tons of stairs, which I love. Definitely within walking distance to restaurants and night life. The beach area was not crowded and the unit was very clean.

great location

Cottage location was great for proximity to beach and village. Cable TV is basic service. The only complaint would be next door renters, (same cottage, common wall) were loud and obnoxious, banging on the walls, wrestling, doing laundry, yelling, singing, etc. till 2AM or later, three nights in a row. So much for no parties. Would return only if no one was next door.
