Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home.

We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

Additional rules

We created this space to be your home on the road. We are committed to being great neighbors and strictly enforce these House Rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

Smoking - Any kind of smoking, including weed, cigars, or vaping, is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted, but please make sure to dispose of ashes and cigarette butts responsibly and ensure that no trace of smoke enters the house, as this helps maintain a fresh and comfortable indoor environment.

Checkout - All guests must vacate the home by 10 am. We work hard to clean and prepare for guests. In the event you check out late without prior discussion, a late checkout fee will apply. The fee will be half the nightly rate before 1 pm and the full nightly rate after 1 pm.

Noise - Our guests must not disturb their neighbors' quiet enjoyment at any time. Additionally, guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Our homes are proactively monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with this noise policy.

Occupancy - Each home has a maximum occupancy limit. No large gatherings allowed. There is a $39 per night charge for each guest + visitor over 10 people.

Lost and Found - We assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings, including any belongings left in the unit after your departure time has passed. Please contact us immediately if you find out you left something behind.

Pets - Service animals are allowed. Pets must be approved before booking, and a pet fee applies. Limit of 2 pets (dogs and cats only). Pet fees are not included in the reservation price.

Security Camera - All cameras are exterior and records but not actively monitored. Cameras are used strictly to protect the property, not to monitor guests.

Infestation - If we determine that you have brought any infestation into the unit or onto the premises, we reserve the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses necessary to address the infestation.

Parking at Your Own Risk - All vehicles must be registered before arrival. We are not liable for any vehicle, occupants, or contents. Do not block neighbors' driveways—violators will be towed immediately.

Damaged or Missing Property - Guests are responsible for any damage or theft during their stay, including to rooms, fixtures, and equipment. We may charge up to 120% of the cost for repairs or replacements, which can include property damage, missing items, smoking fees, cleaning fees, and compensation.

Identity Verification - To prevent identity theft and ensure safety, you’ll need to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during virtual check-in for a background check.

Use - The unit and amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the unit. Guests shall use the unit for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the unit. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMERCIAL FILMING WITHOUT HOSTS' CONSENT.

Client Accommodation Agreement - Prior to arrival, all guests must agree to abide by the House Rules, which will be provided to the guest for review and confirmation after the virtual check-in process.

Maintenance - Staff come once a week and cannot be rescheduled. We take pride in maintaining our homes for the benefit of all our guests. Our management and staff reserve the right to enter the property and report any damage or prohibited activity.

Events - Please inquire about extra EVENT. It is SUPER important NOT TO ANGER the neighbors. If do so, you will be FINED up to $1000 and get evicted with no refund. So PLEASE DON’T!!

No Shoes - Please NO SHOES inside the home, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you bring your own house slippers. Cleaning out dirty footprints will be an additional $300 of deep cleaning fee.

Phone Number - Please make sure that the phone number on your profile is valid, and we will ask for an emergency phone from you before you check in.

Lost & Left Belongings Policy – Please check all personal items before checkout. We are not responsible for items left behind and cannot arrange returns or shipping.

Additional Notes – While we strive to keep everything in working order, mechanical issues (AC, appliances, etc.) may occasionally occur. Please report any problems promptly, and we’ll address them as quickly as possible. No refunds or rent reductions will be provided for such issues or interruptions.

Very nice property, full of supplies , well stocked with all you need. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The master bathroom is everything a girl could dream of. It was my most fav part. outside is very nicely put together. Would definitely stay again. Zero complaints. Owner’s communication 10/10. Would recommend.
