? If you arrive early and want to hang out, there's an amazing Pub (Cork's Queue Bar) and a Cafe (The Cliff and Cork's Queue Bar) very close to the house. You are welcome to wait there instead of outside the property.

✔️ No smoking within the property’s premises and back porch. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Non-compliance will result in applicable charges and necessary action.

✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.

✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.

✔️Securely close the Roofdeck access door upon checkout.
